The Computational Systems Biology Lab (http://csbl.bmb.uga.edu) of the University of Georgia is looking for a Ph.D. student with a strong background and interest in biological network prediction and modeling, to join the lab doing developmental work using an integrated mathematical framework such as differential equations (or a stochatical version) to integrate multiple omic data types and molecular structure information to predict and model complex biological networks in bacteria.
